Had waterview room that was very comfortable. Balcony overlooked the bay and room was quite large and bathroom updated and had all amenities. There was undercover secure parking and a lovely club just across the road that was zero dollars to join and receive discounts of drinks etc. Had an excellent meal there and 2 second across the road back to the hotel. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying at Batemans Bay. Can't beat it.

A great room with an amazing view! Even though it’s by the road, it was very quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable bed and nice lounge. My room had a wrap around balcony and it was a pleasant surprise.

Great Property on the Esplanade

Great location. Close to restaurants and walking to shops. Lovely water views. Great facilities. Spacious living areas, bathrooms and bedroom. Highly recommend.

The location is great, however, you can't use the verandah from dusk until dawn. Instead of sitting outside watching the harbour/river inlet at dusk and night, you must go inside and close the blockout curtains as the very, very, very bright lights illuminating the Esplanade signage are oppresively bright on the verandahs and stay on until dawn. The shower needs some silicon as the plummer and tiler have channeled the water around the drain to the centre of the bathroom (genius).

Loved the view and most of the setup. Bathroom was scarey with steps up and so close to the toilet door dangerous No door on the bathroom and shower floor sloped the wrong way to allow water to drain.
