Breakfast is good with premium food and variety. The location is wonderful being so close to many restaurants and in the city center. Only a miner problem : the lotion bottle is always empty.

First time in Bath and we are pleased that we picked this hotel as it’s near attractions. Everywhere we went was within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfy after we put two pillows into one pillowcase. Initially, the pillow was far too soft. Highly recommended

The hotel is convenient for the train station and city centre. The staff were all efficient and friendly. The room was clean and the bathroom very large. I'd totally recommend it.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Good variety of breakfast options. Only exception was the outside of the hotel. It looked dirty and there was a homeless person laying down with alcohol bottles next to the doorway.
