Room and bathroom were very clean and modern . Room had touch buttons to switch lights on and off , and to raise and lower the blind at the window.There were other touch buttons whose purpose was unclear ! TV screen on wall was very large. Room was very clean , and shower was excellent. Hotel was conveniently situated in the centre of Bath. Staff at reception were friendly and approachable.

Rooms are small but understandably so. My main issue was the service; the receptionists and check-in team were very unhelpful. I asked for an early check-in and some explanation or updates, but I was simply told it was completely impossible.

This place is a great deal for the center of Bath, very well located. The rooms are ultra small and offer no privacy with another person in the room. So, when the toilet is used, everything can be heard. If you plan to use this place just for sleeping, it's perfect. Just be really comfortable with your roommate if you have one.

It is a lovely clean comfortable hotel. A great nights sleep. As found by other members of our family, with separate rooms. Very quiet for such a central location.. Space is small but adequate for short stay.

Excellent hotel in the centre of Bath, easily accessible (once found, it’s tucked in the corner of a pedestrian square) and super friendly staff - if you become a member there’s free treats - but do so in advance, you can’t join once you are there!

Great hotel with amazing friendly staff.

The staff were amazing and so friendly; they made our stay for our wedding anniversary so memorable. The hotel is in a great central location to all the local attractions and amenities. The only slight downsides were; the matress was really firm/hard and there is no parking at the hotel with the long stay car park being a 5 minute walk but other than that it was fantastic. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel honestly exceeded my expectations, given the good price. Despite being on a busy square the room was quiet. Not a huge room but big enough for my needs with a queen bed and great view of a historical building. Staff was friendly and helpful, check in and out was streamlined. No issues, would stay again!
