The bed was really comfortable, great pillows, superb shower, relaxed feel and helpful staff. Breakfast is very good. Parking is limited, but we were able to park at the top of the drive OK. The car charger is broken atm. Overall a really good stay.

Cute b&b, walkable into the city centre. Nice room at the top of the building. Good WiFi. Shower was lovely plenty of toiletries. Tea making facilities and bottled water. Contactless check in went smoothly. Car park was full when we arrived late in the evening but we’d booked a parking space on a nearby drive using a parking app. Breakfasts were delicious and plenty of choice. Buffet and cooked. B&b worked very well for us.

A lovely place to stay with it’s own car park

Just back from a lovely stay at the Tyndall Villa B&B. The room was really warm, we turned the heating down at sleep at night which was easy to do. The breakfast was great; a card is left on your door for you to say which type of cooked breakfast you would like the next day. Also buffet breakfast items available to you as well. I was a little worried that there wouldn’t be enough parking, but there was always a space. We didn’t realise it would be a bit of a steep hill back to the B&B from the city centre, but it was directly opposite a bus stop for those who couldn’t manage the walk. The staff were all friendly and helpful. No complaints from us.

A lovely welcome from the staff when we arrived. We got there before check in time but were able to park and leave our car while we walked into town. Our room was lovely, with a nice bathroom. Very clean and well decorated. Breakfast was really lovely and again the staff were very friendly. Very easy check in and out, and good communication beforehand about entry codes and parking. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others ☺️

Our stay over all was very good...staff very friendly and helpful. I am a light sleeper so traffic noise was a problem as was the street light filtering through the blinds.. the food was excellent and the rooms warm and clean. Just a small thing could have done with a few more coat hangers. We would definitely stay again but maybe request a room away from the road.

Modern well located B & B

Rooms are great with plenty of space, nice modern bathrooms. Very good breakfast choices in a very nice breakfast room and overall reasonably priced. About 10-15 mins to walk into Bath but good parking so very convenient

Lovely stay, really elegant hotel. Great location, only 15 mins walk from the city centre. Slept really well, and very nice breakfast. The young men serving breakfast were very professional and welcoming. Only two minor issues, arrived 1hr after check in, and no one available to greet us. Email advised where keys were to be be collected from, but they were not there (another couple arrived 20 mins after us, we searched for keys together). After 3 phone calls to emergency number, 2 calls to office, and one email. The owner/manager phoned me back. The receptionist had left for the day and not left keys out. The delay meant that we had to alter our plans for the afternoon, which was a little disappointing but I accept it was a genuine mistake. Secondly, the hotel did not have its name plaque up on show, so we drove past the building twice trying to find it. In the whole scheme of things these were small minor things and overall both my teenage daughter and myself had a very pleasant stay in Bath. Thank you.

The hotel is very attractive and in immaculate condition. The room was beautiful and also quiet although the hotel is on a busy road. The best was very comfortable and we slept really well. There was everything you could want in the room and the breakfast was excellent. We’ll definitely be going back!

Gorgeous B&B, one parking space per room which are numbered- massive help! Easy self check in process and accessing rooms etc. Room has lovely decor, super cosy feel with good amenities. TV quite small but not an issue for one night stay. Only complaint would be the shower in our room (room 8) - shower head was a detachable handheld one (usually fine) but you couldn’t turn the power on fully otherwise the shower head completely twisted and the stream of water was facing the wall. Shower head also fell out of the holder on the wall and ended up in my soaking my hair (as a girl not on a hair wash day this was a bit of a pain- lucky there was a hairdryer in the room to use!). Apart from this we had a lovely stay, breakfast was fab and in a really nice open room with plenty of tables - would definitely stay again if we came back to Bath!

This place is is beautifully thought through and impeccably maintained. I would not hesitate to stay again. Our room 8 was lovely . Great sleep in a comfy bed and quiet considering lots of other guests staying . Fab hot shower . Great breakfast . Coffee was the only disappointment. Thankyou for a great stay.
