I'm hoping that you respond to my feedback and allow me to attach a video. As we checked into room 301, both beds were absolutely disgusting. Behind the mattress it was covered in bed, bugs and blood. I cannot believe the housekeepers would not check this before checking off the room as complete. To pay the amount I did for the room, and not get any compensation for this would be pretty crazy. I'm hoping you respond and allow me to show you the video

As soon as I entered the room, I felt like walking into an indoor pool, and then, as I tried to close the blinds, I spotted a big roach staring at me and ready to jump. Walked out to the front desk and asked for the new room. Never coming here again.

Bathroom wasn't cleaned at all, trash wasn't taken out and hair was all over the sink and floor. The room stunk really bad, the sheets didn't smell clean. Will not stay there again.

When I entered my room I thought I smelled mildew or mold. I thought it may have been because the ac unit was off. I turned it on but by the middle of the night I woke up very (I am allergic to mold and mildew). When I went to take a shower the water pressure was very low. The coffee was barely hot and had a weird taste. Prolly not going there again.
