Owner was extremely pleasant and welcoming. He had wine and fresh fruit for us. Very helpful.

I truly enjoyed the apartment and it’s location, close to everything. The onset went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and welcomed. He was very nice and helped me carry my luggage to and from taxi. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment if you visit Batumi.
