O hotel possui uma ótima estrutura no geral, porém o que deixou a desejar foram as piscinas que estavam sujas, a localização que fica afastada do centrinho e em uma região de altitude mais baixa. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar, pois não o colocaram em mesa posta, tinha que fazer pedidos para serem preparados (não havia cardápio com as opções de café da manhã), além da demora para o preparo.

Não tem serviço disponível, ficamos sem acesso lá em cima nos bangalos, ninguém olha o wpp, quando chegamos não tinha água, toalhas ruins, tinha uma goteira bem no meu rosto, acordei assim com água hoje de manhã, café ruim, muito forte, parecia mal feito, preço caro para isso.
