Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohnblock. Der Ausblick auf den See und die Inseln ist einmalig. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, bis auf die Bistrostühle auf der Terrasse die gehen gar nicht. Hier kann man nur kurze Zeit sitzen, da sie unbequem und für eine Terrasse nicht geeignet sind. Die Kosten für die Endreinigung sind zu hoch. Dabei muss man die Betten selber beziehen und auch die Handtücher sind nicht inbegriffen und müssen extra bezahlte werden.
