This tricked out apartment on the East side of beautiful downtown Bay City, Michigan is cool beans. Cozy fully furnished upper-level apartment. Comfortably sleeps 2+ people. (Full bed plus fold out couch). Close to restaurants, shopping & night clubs. One +block away from riverfront, Friendship Shell activities and the Hilton Double Tree Convention Hotel. Adults only. 2 nights stay minimum.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Alice and Jack Wirt Public Library.

Great location, easy parking. People should know it’s up a steep flight of stairs. Not a problem for us, but it could be for others. I love the historic architecture. Modern amenities, but beautiful old building.

This was the perfect downtown location. We were able to walk to all out events. The apartment was adorable, clean, and easy to check in and out of. Frank was quick to respond to questions. Would recommend to anyone vising downtown Bay City.
