This charming Cape Cod offers a large front porch and Bay views. We are 2.5 blocks from the beach and 5 houses from the bay. Upper level is open concept, includes bright living and dining areas with a fully stocked kitchen . The main living area has 2 bedrooms as well as 1 1/2 baths providing comfort and privacy for guests. The ground level has a separate entrance with a bedroom suite consisting of open concept TV lounge, ping pong, 2 partitioned sleep areas and a half bath. Ideal for teens or extended family. We have a wonderful private back yard oasis with access to an enclosed detached garage turned into an outdoor entertaining hub ,complete with TV, Bar and plenty of comfy seating. This home has everything you need for a memorable LBI escape.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Long Beach. Laundry facilities are available. Enjoy your stay with amenities like 2 bathrooms and a washing machine in the holiday home.
