Liked having laminate flooring vs carpeting and easy access to the beach. Air conditioning was very noisy and upstairs guests sounded like elephants who didn’t sleep much. Staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful, and attentive.

The person at the front desk was unprepared, slow and unprofessional. I prepaid the room through Hotels.com but she charged me again for the entire amount. The room are in very poor condition, the mattress, pillows and sheets are old. pretty bad experience overall

Very nice bonus for them to offer out beach chairs and beach towels. Having an ocean front room was spectacular and our King room with the huge tub had plenty enough room. The only downfalls for me would be the shower door was difficult to navigate and a little bit more counter space. But other than that perfect. The beach was stupendous

I was very disappointed upon arrival they made up pay an extra parking fee that to my understanding was already covered in our reservation. I questioned that but they really couldn’t give me a real reason. Then we had a room with kitchen and we wanted to use it to cook but we couldn’t until almost our very last day… we were very disappointed to be honest.

You are paying for the view here, dont expect anything more. This property could easily be updated with the amount they charge per night yet everything is outdated. beds were very uncomfortable as well. I am not a picky person but these people need to do better for these rates. It was clean, I will give them that and the view is great.
