Kaunis remontoitu mökki sydämessä keskustassa Beaufort HIstoric alueella

Tervetuloa kauniisti remontoituun 3 makuuhuoneen käsityöläistyyliseen bungaloweemme. Sijaitsee historiallisessa keskustassa Beaufort. Sijaitsee kolmen korttelin päässä Bay st.(tärkein st), Waterfront Park ja Marina keskusta. Upeita ravintoloita, kahviloita, taidegallerioita ja ostosmahdollisuuksia vain muutaman askeleen päässä. Kaksi korttelin päässä The Pointin naapurustosta kauniilla Antebellum-taloilla. Pysäköinti kahdelle autolle on helppo kävellä minne ikinä haluatkin mennä tai 20 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Hunting Islandin julkiselle rannalle.
Mökki remontoitiin loppuvuodesta 2015. Siinä on 3 makuuhuonetta täysi kylpyamme ja 1 puoli kylpy. Makuuhuoneissa on king-vuode, queen-vuode ja yhden hengen sohva, kaikissa laadukkaat liinavaatteet ja peitot tai peitot. Kylpyhuoneet ovat molemmat hiljattain nimitetty. Talossa on uusi kaasulämmitin. Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset. Siinä on kaasuliesi, täysikokoinen jääkaappi ja astianpesukone. Avoimet hyllyt ja kvartsi työtasot lisäävät vain tämän kodin viehätysvoimaa. Pesutupa sisältää täysikokoisen pinottu pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Tilava ruokasali mahtuu illallisvieraita. Olohuoneessa on kauniisti sisustettu sohva, tuolit, matto ja 50 "taulutelevisio. Nauti matalasta säästä suurella katetulla esiportaalla.

Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Beaufort Museum (museo). Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla ilmainen Wi-Fi yleisissä tiloissa ja pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille keittiön ja pyykinpesukoneen/kuivausrummun.

Perfect location

We loved the proximity of the home within the historic district to Bay Street and the Point. All the shops and restaurants were an easy walk from the front door.The brick home had what we needed to rest after our days touring the area. The king and queen bed beds were comfy. The queen room could have used a dresser for unpacking the suitcase, and both bedroom closets had only a few hangers (an easy fix). We did not use the daybed room. The kitchen seemed well equipped, although we did not cook. Written directions on use of the Keurig coffee machine would have been helpful, but we eventually figured it out!The front porch provided a shady spot to enjoy pre-dinner wine. The large round dining table was perfect for assembling a 1000-piece puzzle late in the evening while discussing our daytime adventures. It was delightful hearing a symphony of frogs croaking outside our windows after a heavy thunderstorm the last night of our stay. Although the furnishings were dated, the price was right and we considered The Mermaid to be a good value.

Great Location!

Check-in is quick and easy. Oder home, comfortable for three people. AC works well in 100 heat index!! Just a short walk to shops, restaurants and the waterfront park. A few blocks to the bridge to Lady’s Island, and a nice drive to the beach.

Amazing hospitality!

We flew into Savannah on the last flight of the night, so we weren’t able to check in until close to midnight. The lights were left on for us and there was music playing on the tv when we arrived. It was so welcoming and made a late check in (in a new place) so much more comfortable. The location is perfect!

Tidy bungalow within a couple blocks from the waterfront and historic Beaufort. Very quiet neighborhood. Great escape that doesn’t wreak havoc on the wallet! :)

Beaufort Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us, beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Overall the whole house was comfortable and felt like home. We will definitely return.

Trip to Beaufort

The cottage was clean, and comfortable. Location was great - within easy walking distance of waterfront, shopping, restaurants, and historic sites. Location was also within easy driving distance of Hunting Island state park and other areas of interest. The kitchen was well equipped but could use a nonstick frying pan. More hooks in BOTH bathrooms as well as a couple of open shelves would be a nice improvement. We would stay here again.

So quaint

we had an amazing time! It’s two blocks from adorable shopping and amazing food. The house was adorable. We loved the front porch. We did ask if we could check in a few hours early and we just wish the check-in process/communication was a little better. Other than that, we had an amazing time!

I had intended to take my granddaughters, but they backed out, so I had a lone time opportunity! Beaufort is a nice town. Not sure how walking to town would have been; I just drove. Parking was no problem during the week. House was nice. Love this era house. I felt safe in the neighborhood. Easy access - all through text. I’m not a phone person, so that was fine with me. House was clean. Don’t expect to have shampoo; glad I had taken mine. Kitchen is small, but I didn’t intend to cook! I would recommend a shower rod cover, since the shower rod is a bit rusty and the shower curtain rings don’t slide easily. Other than that, it was wonderful. Thank you.

Great home in perfect location!

This space was just right for our group of 5 - three bedrooms and 1.5 baths. We appreciated the king bed & privacy of en suite 1/2 bath. Kitchen well equipped, nice dining space. We enjoyed walking out each morning to the downtown area and historical attractions.

Perfect location

We came to Beaufort to enjoy the Run Forrest Run 5k and Shrimp Festival. This little house was in the perfect location to walk to downtown and all of the events. We were able to experience so much of the low country and plan day trips to Charleston and Savannah. The house was perfectly set up and very comfortable.

For the second time, my wife and I enjoyed this lovely cottage that is a few minutes walk away from Beaufort's Bay Street. Having separate rooms and a short distance to a playground were both invaluable to our stay with our young child.

Charming Cozy Cottage

Location, location, location…

This is a great property within a few blocks of all the downtown restaurants and waterfront. It is also just down from the library, near the Cultural Arts Center (great programs and movies), museums, and many historic sites. There is ample room to entertain (table seats 8), and the little front porch is an extra bonus. We are glad we stayed there.

Perfect location. Easy walking to downtown shops and restaurants. Easy to get to Port Royal, Hunting Island State Park. House needs some repairs, luggage racks. Comfortable for two but would be tight for more. We enjoyed our stay.

And best of all, it was cool. We have gone to Beaufort last 4 years. This is first time we were completely comfortable temp wise in our rental. Kept it <72 during July days and 68 at night.
