The pool and hot tub are wonderful amenities that we hope you enjoy during your stay. Please keep the following in mind when booking:
Pool Temperature: Pool temperature is not guaranteed. Like any outdoor pool in the Lowcountry, water temperatures can vary significantly with the weather, particularly during the spring and fall, and the pool may not always be warm enough for comfortable swimming.
Nighttime Use: The pool enclosure is not currently illuminated for nighttime swimming. Guests choosing to use the pool area after dark should use appropriate caution.
Pool & Hot Tub Availability: Pools and hot tubs contain mechanical, heating, filtration, and other equipment that occasionally requires unexpected maintenance or repair. While every effort is made to keep both amenities operational, continuous availability of the pool and hot tub throughout your stay cannot be guaranteed.
If a rare unexpected equipment issue occurs, I will make reasonable efforts to have it addressed as quickly as possible. However, repair timing may depend on technician and/or parts availability.
Please consider these conditions when booking, particularly if use of the pool or hot tub is an important part of your stay.
