This beautiful single story 3B/2BA home sits on 0.75 acres w/ pond view in the Mossy Oaks neighborhood of Beaufort. Less than a half mile from the Mossy Oaks Elem. & junior high. Centrally located in Beaufort's quiet Mossy Oaks neighborhood, you'll be minutes from downtown Beaufort, Port Royal & Parris Island.

It's only:
4 miles to downtown Beaufort's waterfront park, marina, shops, restaurants and entertainment.
3 miles to Sands Beach in Port Royal.
6.8 Miles to Parris Island.
19 miles to Hunting Island State Park and Beach.

We came for marine graduation

Hands down this is the first home we have rented that felt like home away from home. The Lister, was very responsive and it was just a great time. Thank you if we ever come back we will be back to this house.

Hidden Gem

My family and I stayed here for the weekend of the Beaufort Air show. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Check in process was easy. We didn’t cook while there since it was a short stay, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. The fenced in yard with a pond behind it, fire pit, and toys for the kids to play with were added touches. Would stay here again!

The house was clean, nice and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet. My family and l had some good quality time. The kids liked it so much they even ask us to make an offer on the house if the owner is selling it. If somebody is looking for quiet and peaceful neighborhood l would definitely recommend this area.
