Perfect for us!

From booking to departure, everything was excellent! Location, amenities, and accommodations met our vacation needs. The large fenced yard was enjoyed by our girls! I am vertically challenged so the controls on the dryer were higher than my reach. I needed a ladder! We struggled with the Roku TV, but found several movie and sports options! We will certainly return to Broad Street!

Excellent location for families of Marine Corps Graduates

We loved the location. We were at Parris Island within 10 minutes! The host gave excellent recommendations and never steered us wrong!! Beaufort is a quaint town and there is a lot to do and see! The house was clean, the location was great and the host is exceptional. We had all the comforts of home, there is not keirog, make sure you bring ground coffee, check the cupboards before buying coffee filters, salt and pepper and cooking oil. I would definitely recommend staying here!! We made some wonderful memories!!

House and yard were excellent. Plenty of room on ground floor for family to gather to celebrate new grandbaby. 2 large bedrooms each with attached bathrooms made for convenient living. Plentiful sheets and bath towels provided. Yard was great for morning coffee and Fido Highly recommended

Amazing Stay

I was in town with my mom and our dog for a few days and we had an amazing stay! The property was exactly as described and it had everything that you could need from extra linens to kitchen supplies. It was an amazing location on a beautiful street and the yard was gorgeous. I would 100% stay again!

Perfect dog /family friendly house

House is in the prettiest area of Mossy oaks. Quiet neighborhood, park next door. Backyard is well maintained and secure. The house had everything you needed and plenty of extras. Comfortable furniture and bedding. Bathrooms were stocked with T.P., extra towels and hairdryer, lotions etc. in case you forgot yours! The Hunting Island pass was a wonderful extra!

Location Location Location!

Absolutely love this neighborhood and location! The house was perfect for us and so convenient to all our favorites - short, scenic stroll to the Spanish Moss Trail, quick access and easy drives in all directions without ever feeling you’re backtracking. Hunting Island (appreciate the park pass!), Downtown Beaufort, Port Royal, Cypress Wetlands, Parris Island, Bluffton/Savannah, and most importantly our grandchildren are all very close. The property is just as described - well maintained and equipped and stocked with everything including cleaning supplies. Terry is a wonderful host. The communication was excellent, accurate, and timely. The binder stocked full of restaurant menus and local attractions would be the envy of any visitor center. We highly recommend and are already looking forward to our next trip.

Extended Stay - Great Location!

We stayed for a few months and found the location perfect! Close to everything but nestled in a lovely neighborhood close to the Spanish Moss Trail. It was also great to be able to bring our dog, who enjoyed the fenced backyard. Terry was a fantastic host and shared updates on local happenings and offered suggestions to make the most of the area. Since we were there for so long we ran into a couple of maintenance items which Terry was quick work through with no impact to our stay. If I had any wishes, it would be to have more comfortable beds and couch. If we were there for a short time, we probably wouldn't have noticed but being there for a long time we were longing for more comfort. Would stay again and highly recommend it!

Perfect for Pets & Near Parris Island

We rented this property for my son’s Marine Corps Boot Camp graduation. House is located 10 minutes from base. Perfect house for our three dogs with a fully fenced in backyard! We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent place! Close to PI

We stayed here for my son’s graduation from Parris Island. The house was a perfect for us and only about 10-15 minutes from the gate. We were able to bring the dogs with us so our son could be reunited with the whole family! Terry was great to work with! Staying here really made our trip even more special. I would gladly rent this property again!

High school graduation party

The house is nice on a very low traffic street. Very comfortable for a small family or 1 or two couples. Only complaints are minor. The washer and dryer are not for those vertically challenged and the backyard needs maintenance, mostly because previous renters didn't clean up after their pooches. Would still highly recommend this place. Thank you Terry for a wonderful stay.
