Varauksen varaavan vieraan on oltava vähintään 25-vuotias ja hänen on oltava läsnä koko oleskelun ajan. Upea merenranta 3BR-yksikkö !!!Tästä tilavasta, 1500 neliöjalkaa kulmayksiköstä on panoraamanäkymät Frippin sisääntuloon ja Atlantin valtamerelle! Jokaisesta yksikön huoneesta on näkymä veteen. Huoneistossa on kaksi king-size-vuodetta makuuhuoneissa, joissa queen-size-ulosvedettävä sänky, kolmas vierashuone, myös päivävuode, jossa vyöryä. Alakerrassa on iso olohuone, joka aukeaa liukuvien lasiovien läpi kannelle. Täällä on esteettömät näkymät auringonnoususta. Lemmikkieläimet eivät ole sallittuja ja savuttomia. Vaikka tenniskenttiä on runsaasti, Fripp tunnetaan parhaiten GOLFista, sillä Ocean Pointin golfkentällä on henkeäsalpaava asettelu, jonka reikät ulottuvat sisääntuloa ja valtamerta pitkin. Ocean Creek -kurssi on Davis Love III -kurssi, jonka Golf Magazine huomautti avautuessaan kymmeneksi uudeksi kurssiksi. Yksikkömme on tien toisella puolella Ocean Point Club -talosta, mutta myös suoraan vedessä - kanssamme ollessa vain muutaman metrin päässä vesireunasta, voit katsella delfiinien leikkiä ja pelikaanien lentävän yläpuolella. Lomakeskus tarjoaa monenlaisia ruokailumahdollisuuksia viidessä paikassa ja monia muita mahdollisuuksia on tiellä takaisin Manner-saarelle ja Beaufortiin. Saarella ja Beaufortissa on kauppoja, jotka tarjoavat erilaisia lahjoja ja tarvikkeita sekä antiikkiesineitä ja taidegalleriakokoelmia. 3–8-vuotiaille nuorille järjestetään luontopohjainen leiri (Camp Fripp) ja 12–17-vuotiaille tarkoitettuja teini-tapahtumia. Golfkentällä on Wee Links -asetukset junior-golfaajalle, mikä tekee siitä ihanteellisen paikan rentouttavalle perhelomalle. Tämä 3000 hehtaarin aidatulla lomakeskuksella on kolme ja puoli mailia rantaa, joka tarjoaa hiekkaa dollaria, kuoret ja meritähti. Saarella asuu villieläimiä, kuten peuroja, alligaattoreita, lintuja ja kilpikonnia. Best View Ever!!

We opted to be on the water instead of beach access. So well worth it! When the tide comes in the dolphins do not disappoint; it was so peaceful and relaxing. Will definitely book in this condo again!

Property manager was very responsive. Comfortable space. Beautiful connection with the ocean. Great access to hiking on Hunting Island. Fripp had rules and fees about a small camper trailer that we found irritating.

Water views are excellent! Dolphins constantly.

Overall good condo. Great location. Can’t beat the views. Easy to see dolphins multiple times a day. Only complaint is it needs a deep cleaning & assurance that the cleaning company actually cleans the space. Superficially looked nice on arrival. However this changed when you unpack or take your shoes off. Floor did not appear swept at all. About a foot-size pile of sand & dust & dog hair with just a quick sweep of the main floor. Beach place & sand are somewhat expected but would expect the main flooring to be freshly cleaned on arrival. Dresser drawers needed cleaning to unpack. Rugs in bedrooms full of sand. Bed sheets don’t stay on the 2 king size beds. These things didn’t affect my happiness with the place, but not my typical VRBO experience.

We had a wonderful family vacation at 613. Plenty of room for a family of 5. The master bedroom's view of the ocean made it difficult to get out of bed. Beautiful place.

Unit 613

Condo was in an amazing setting. Very peaceful and relaxing. Decorated beautifully. Could have used a good deep clean (major dust bunnies on baseboards and at ceilings and some dirty walls), but it was clean enough. We only had about 5 washclothes for 4 adults for 4 nights, so had to call and get more. Had a ton of towels though. Check out included starting a load of towels and since we had not planned on doing any washing we did not have detergent so we had to run and get some. Beds were wonderful. Upstairs toilet sounded like it would eat you, but I think thats just the kind of toilet it was. All in all an amazing stay. Would def sleep there again!!!!!

Perfect Getaway

Absolutely beautiful the ocean is breath taking and relaxing to the sounds of the waves. The rooms were cozy and clean. So exciting for our 11 year old as she loved watching the dolphin's play. And near by beaches and fishing close by. Lots of memories were made at this place. Loved using the wonderful kitchen to cook our fresh shrimp we purchased also near by. Filled with fun and relaxing. We loved this weekend.

Made the best of it

When we arrived at the condo we were impressed by the beautiful views and well appointed condo. Sadly once settled we realized although the heat was turned on it was not warming up. My husband happens to be an HVAC tech so he offered to look at it and found that it was unable to be repaired in a timely manner. We were in communication of this the whole time. We were told that another technician would be there the next morning meaning we would have to spend the first night in a 59° condo. It would have been nice if some space heaters were offered. The next day we were told that we could move to another property which was a nice beachfront house. We did appreciate the upgrade but wish we wouldn't have had to waste time packing up and moving again, but they did make it right by allowing us a late checkout to make up for some of the lost time. The other thing that was very disappointing was that we paid over $150 to purchase amenity cards and no one even asked if we had them the one time we were able to dine on the island...

Wonderful!

This place was perfect for our family group of 3 adults! Everything was clean and spotless. The water views can't be beat and provide a great backdrop for morning coffee or evening wine and cheese. We can't wait to go back!

Love Fripp

Had an amazing time. We love Fripp!!! The villa was decorated nice but as a homeowner I would hire new cleaners. You can tell they pay no attention to detail at all. We were afraid the sheets hadn’t been washed because they were put on both beds inside out so we redid the beds. Kitchen pots could be better stocked but has been updated very nicely. I would definitely stay here again but if I were the owner cleaning crew would be gone.

Breathtaking Views

This was our 4th visit to Fripp and we love it more each time. This was the first time staying in a condo vs a house. The views from every room were spectacular! The updated kitchen was well appointed and beautifully chosen. It had everything we needed and more. Loved the cabinets and counters and the farmhouse sink. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. If I have any complaints it’s simply the wear and tear and cleanliness. I understand it’s a rental and lots of people stay there. I just don’t want to see evidence of their having been there. I had to give the kitchen a good scrubbing before I felt comfortable preparing food there. Lots of crumbs and sticky surfaces. The cabinet doors and appliances were greasy and food splattered. The baseboards throughout are really dirty and the paint is very scuffed and marked. It just looks worn out. The towels were mismatched and worn and the elastic on the fitted sheets was shot so the sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed. With all of that said, we would stay here again if promised a new cleaning crew and we would bring our own linens. The view and location alone would bring us back!
