Night checkin is Terrible!!

We checked in after hours. Was sent an email giving us our after hour code. Pffff, the code did not work at first. We contacted the night person. They acted like we were bothering them! It was 23h00 and the night person finally come down and assist us ... AN HOUR LATER! This was after a few conversations with them. I stood there with 3 kids and a dog for 1 hour ... late at night ... for this person to sort out our problem. Hotel facilities and location are great. Night service person is terrible!!!

We booked a family room for one night and were pleased with an upstairs loft for the kids and a downstairs for the adults. The star was very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and there were several good dining options close by. A god choice for a stop at Beauvais airport.

Okay so its 4 stars for me only because its a little outdated in some areas. But if you want a clean very comfortable bed with not frills i would highly recommend this hotel. I normally stay in a hotel that is 3 x the price in the same area..... i ask for what now. Definitely will stay again.

Good Stay

Did the job. Clean and allowed us to rest up before our flight. The gate was closed and locked upon arrival, we didn’t have a gate code. The self check in feature was seamless. If you arrive outside business hours, request the gate code to park on location!
