Bathroom has black and pink mold in shower base and grab bar. Floor tile grout needs cleaned. Otherwise, the room was clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast area was clean and tidy.

Very nice, clean place. Unfortunately, indoor pool was "closed" -- for repairs, I guess. Upstairs client was extremely noisy at 1 am! (shouldn't late arrivals be put in 1st floor rooms or at least not directly about occupied rooms??!!). Breakfast was great.A good place for the price.

This hotel was conveniently located for pur trip to New River Gorge. The staff was very nice especially Andrea at front desk. The only issue we really had was the refrigerator in our room didn't work correctly. It kept freezing our items. The hot tub was nice to use after days of hiking.

This is about the 3rd or 4th time we’ve stayed here. The staff have always been friendly and you can not beat the value. We just became Wyndham members because we will continue to stay here when we come to visit family.

We did not stay at this property. We checked in and the first room had stains all over both beds, the fridge was disgusting and wouldn't stay shut. They gave us a second room and there were stains all over both beds, it smelled like stale cigarettes, there was no toilet paper, and it the shower was dirty. We booked this property based on reviews that clearly were not accurate.
