Stay overall was good On third floor was hot in our room We found very poor sign posting to stairs that actually went right down and you could get out of the stairwell! Lift was always busy and very slow!

The room was dated. Barely any toilet roll. Didn’t know we had to book the spa so couldn’t get in. Extremely busy and couldn’t get a drink at the bar as restaurant was overly full. Breakfast - coffee awful, not all items available on the hot buffet. Would definitely not recommend paying for breakfast at all

Quick check in, lovely room and bathroom. Breakfast was great enjoyed our stay but would have preferred a firmer mattress and sounds of doors closing can be heard along with creaky floorboards but this is down to it being an old building. The hotel is beautifully decorated for Christmas and I would definitely return.
