Breakfast wasn’t great, long wait times and for what it is, pretty expensive too, nearly £20 for a cooked breakfast on top of room rate and also car parking charges. The lady who greeted us was not polite, she was too busy to provide good service. I wasn’t happy with how she came across and she took it personally. Her body language the day of arrival and again at breakfast. It was bizarre. She chose to be moody over being polite and helpful. The room was tired, the shower and sink flooded, took a long time to drain. The in room / open bathroom light wouldn’t work unless the extractor was on and when on it was loud. The stair case was filthy. It was my third and final stay. Shame really as it has (had) so much potential.
