Welcome to our delightful detached cottage nestled in the picturesque village of Silsoe. This charming property offers a tranquil retreat, perfect for those seeking a peaceful escape. Located within walking distance of Wrest Park, an English Heritage stately home, you'll find yourself surrounded by natural beauty and historical charm.

Our guest room is designed to provide the utmost comfort and relaxation. The master suite features white walls, blue bespoke blackout blinds, and lovely wooden furniture, including a chest of drawers and bedside tables with built-in wardrobes. The room is spacious and fully stocked with a super king-sized bed, ample bedding options, and an assortment of handmade cushions. The en-suite bathroom includes a shower cubicle, sink, toilet, and a heated towel rail.

For your convenience, the cottage offers a separate kitchen equipped with a Samsung American fridge freezer, filtered water and ice machine, electric oven, electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and basic condiments. You'll find plates, cutlery, tea, coffee, milk, and sugar readily available. The dining room seats six and is perfect for enjoying a meal, whether you choose to cook your own, order a takeaway, or join us for a special dinner (prices available on request).

Outside, you'll find two private dining areas ideal for a BBQ or relaxing in the sun. The south-west facing garden is the perfect spot to unwind. Parking is available in the driveway or garage, free of charge.

We pride ourselves on providing a home-away-from-home experience. Our cottage is equipped with central heating, wireless internet, a TV, seating area, and a book collection for your enjoyment. Guest safety features include a carbon monoxide detector, first aid kit, smoke detector, outdoor lighting, and enhanced cleaning practices.

While we do not allow pets, smoking, or events/parties, children are welcome. Please note that the property is not wheelchair accessible.
