Brown Bear Lodge sits on 30 private acres that back directly up to the National Forest, offering plenty of space to relax, explore, and enjoy the outdoors. Guests are welcome to wander the property, take in the peaceful mountain scenery, and experience the beauty of nature right outside the front door.
Overstreet Creek is a native trout stream in a fairly remote and heavily wooded area. The creek attracts an abundance of critters, pests, and dangerous wildlife so please be careful - this is their home too. Our property has rocky, uneven terrain and our landscaping is a work in progress.

Cellular service is very limited in this area. US Cellular has very weak signal and no other carriers are available. Make sure to note the Wi-Fi SSID and password ahead of your trip. Wi-Fi calling works very well but may need to be enabled in the settings of your device.
