What made our experience exceptional was the excellent service received from all staff starting at the reception (especially from Ms. Fiona, Ms. Nancy and Mr. Scott), the dedicated bell boys and cleaning staff, and the friendly staff in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was of high quality and has an extensive assortment of food items. The executive appartment and the hotel in general are very clean. I truly highly recommend this hotel and we will most certainly stay at this hotel in the future.

It is good in that the room is big and has washer and dryer. The room is cleaned daily. Yet the bed skirt and the lamp covers are dirty. Those may not be cleaned often which is reasonable, but if it is visually very dirty, they should be cleaned. The breakfast does not worth the price. I had been in 4 hotels in this trip and this is about the worst breakfast.

The stuff was extremely helpful, all spoke english. We booked 2 bedroom apartment for 10 days in total in June 2025. The rooms were spacious, with a separate storage/dressing room and 2x bathrooms. The Beijing Sandalwood Marriott Executive Apartments is the best hotel to stay whether you are a tourist or here on businesses. The staff (especially all personnel at the front desk) are professional, very nice, and knowledgeable. The location is convenient being literally 10 minutes from the CBD, but quiet enough for a safe stroll around the neighborhoods without the need to watch out for ongoing traffic. All major shopping malls are within a few-minute drive. After trying out hotels throughout Beijing, this Marriott is definitely the best choice any visitor should try.

It was great 3 nights stay at Marriott with very good service, stylish apartment and good breakfast. Best of all, our 2-bed booking was upgraded to 3-bedroom comfy and very spacious place with lots of closets. We loved the location and this place.
