★BEDS & BATHS★
The property can comfortably sleep 10 adults on two one size beds, two queen size beds, two twin size beds and two thick folding mattresses. A baby room with a crib behind blackout curtain is inside of the walk-in closet of the master bedroom. There are two full bathrooms downstairs and a half bathroom upstairs. There are three bedrooms. Two downstairs and one upstairs.
Bedroom #1
Beautifully designed bedroom with bold colors and well-thought-about lighting to render a calm and relaxing ambiance. The King size bed has a thick and luxe mattress. A baby room with a crib is created inside of the walk-in closet. The crib is behind a blackout curtain to give our baby guest the best sleep setting. A second closet has enough space for luggage and hanging clothes. There is a full bathroom attached, making it a master suite.
Bedroom #2
Another beautifully designed bedroom with bold but lighter colors, making the space feel airy and refreshing. The Queen bed has a thick and comfortable mattress. There is a large closet to store luggage and clothes.
Bedroom #3
This bedroom takes up the entire 2nd floor and is definitely a highlight. There are three hand-crafted beds. One Queen size bed and two Twin size beds. This space is perfect for a family of 4. Those beds have reading lights and privacy curtains. Between the Queen and Twin beds, there is a large space for activities and three large pieces of windows to take in the stunning view of the Olympics and Hood Canal. There are books and board games for families to enjoy.
To make it more fun, we have built a fun secret room for children to hide out and play. This "bedroom" would be such a fun space for families.
Folding Mattresses
There are 2 6-inch folding mattresses. They are very comfortable and provide flexibility to the additional sleeping arrangement.
Bathroom #1
The master bathroom has a single vanity but a large counter space. Large matte black vanity mirror with all the matte black bathroom fixture creates a slick and modern feeling. Large shower space with sit down area and handrail are welcoming additions for senior guests.
Bathroom #2
The downstairs bathroom is beside the entrance. It has a single vanity, a toilet and a standup shower. It is very functional as a common area bathroom and a bathroom serving bedroom #2.
Bathroom #3
This half bathroom is upstairs with a single vanity and a toilet. A very functional space for guests upstairs.
★Living Room★
This is a great room with a panoramic view of the Hood Canal and the Olympics. The seating area is enough to hold 10 people where all could embrace the awe-inspiring views through the three large pieces of windows. The wooden coffee table with the area rug gives the space a very inviting feeling. This is a perfect place for families and friends to hang out and enjoy the moment. In case the sun might get too bright sometimes, all three windows have automatic shades.
A 55-inch smart TV is placed on the wall in case you are tired of the view. A Marshall audio is placed on the floating shelf. Connect your phone to it via blue tooth, play your favorite songs and enjoy the moment!
★Kitchen | Dining Room★
The fully equipped kitchen provides your favorite aromatic coffee drinks as well as everything you need to prepare delectable meals, ideal for gathering around the 8-person dining table next to the panoramic window that frames breathtaking lakeside vistas or enjoying al fresco on the spacious deck. Abundance storage space, well-designed lighting combined with high end appliances make a delightful time in the kitchen.
★Deck | Outdoor Dining★
Enter the deck through the sliding door from the kitchen. This is where you enjoy outdoor cooking and dining. The gas grill plus 8-person dining area is a perfect place to enjoy the weather, the view and ocean breeze.
★Backyard★
There are three levels of backyards leading into the water. Each level has different functions and together they create a true outdoor paradise.
★Level 1 Backyard★
Stepping down from the deck, you reach level one backyard. Sitting in the beautifully crafted Adirondack chairs around the iron cast fire pit with just enough lights dazzling from above to enjoy the peaceful evenings on the beach. On your left, there is a 4-person hot tub with massaging jets to give you the relaxation you deserve.
★Level 2 Backyard★
Going down a few steps, you will reach level 2 backyard. Here, you will find yourself sitting in the comfortable sun lounge while sipping a glass of wine. You could either enjoy the beautiful sunset and blue hours on the beach or see your fur baby enjoy himself playing in the enclosed dog park right by you.
★Level 3 Backyard★
Going down a few steps, you will reach level 3 backyard where we put the water toys. For the active ones, take a kayak down to the beach and find yourself paddling on the nice warm water of Hood Canal. Please wear a life jacket. Life jackets are in the plastic storage box by the house entry.
★The Beach★
A few more steps lead you to the beach and tide land. Here you can do beach combing, shell picking and my personal favorite: oyster picking. What is cooler than harvesting your own dinner from your backyard?
★Parking★
There are two private parking spots for the house. A smaller car can back into the space between the wooden retention wall and the fence and stop right before the house entrance. A larger car or truck can back into the space in front of the car and beside the bushes. If you have a 3rd car, a space beside the road is available to park.
★Pets★
We do allow pets during your stay with us. In fact, we created a private dog park just for them. There is a $100 one-time pet fee for our cleaning crew to apply additional procedure for our next guests. You must notify us at least 1 day before arrival and pay the pet fee prior to getting the lockbox code.
