Perfect location

Had an early appointment in Royal Victoria Hospital. Hotel close to Grand Central Station where bus leaves to hospital. Everything about hotel excellent. Comfort,staff , especially Abby Joe.

This is a great little hotel in Belfast. The parking was an easy walk. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was neat and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was lively and in a good central location. Room was fine except there was no view. We faced a wall and an alley. There was lots of running water noise in the room. Bar staff was friendly and there was live music which was entertaining.

Perfect stop over in city with the kids.

A central location in Belfast. A welcoming hotel with a really nice atmosphere when you walk into bar/ reception. Rooms are spotless, bed and pillows really comfortable. Having a kitchen area is a bonus when staying with kids. Eco friendly hotel. Have stayed hrte a few times and will definitely be back soon.

No milk

Quite disappointed that there was no milk for the tea and coffee. Even though these items were in the room apparently the milk has to be collected from downstairs, which is really inconvenient when you want a brew in a morning. There was a fridge but no water bottles. I did tell them that it was my friends birthday and they said they’d put some goodies in her room, this didn’t happen. So bit disappointed. However, the hotel staff were lovely, great location and buzzing bar.
