We were placed in the attic room, 6 flights of stairs. Due to a leg injury, we requested a change of rooms as the site showed others were available. No response from the host. Although we booked for 6 nights, we were unable to have towels refreshed or paper coffee cups replaced. No mugs were available in the downstairs kitchen and no response from housekeeping. We are booked to stay there another two nights at the end of this week and hope we have a better situation.

This property, although in an excellent location to explore, was not as described on the listing. The listing described a ground floor apartment. Our first stay was up 6 flights of steps in the very small “attic” room (Room 10). They definitely need to rework that room. No hot water the first night. Although communication seemed good when we arrived, it stopped after the hot water issue and our request to change rooms due a leg injury. The attic window was sealed shut so no fresh air and no way to cool the space. No curtain so could not block the light at night. We finally walked out on day 3 and booked a nice room at the Ibis down the street. On our return to Belfast later, we decided to try the hotel again as we had already paid for the room. This time we were given Room 7, much cleaner, fresher, and a bit larger. It appears the hosts are working to upgrade the space, however, it was not at all what we expected as this time.
