The space
Perfect for remote work or just to relax after touring the many attractions on mainland Belize. The apartment is located in front of Dolphin Park which sits on the edge of the Sea so it has a panoramic unobstructed view of the Sea and Mangrove reserves on both sides of the park. It has a spacious master bedroom with kingsized bed, ensuite bathroom and private sea view verandah. Second bedroom has a queen bed air conditioning and access to the second full bathroom with large shower..The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, exquisite mahogany cabinets and modern appliances including dishwasher and washer/dryer combo. The living room opens to an oversized deck with a nice modern patio set. If you are visiting Belize for work or vacation, you will not be disappointed with this spacious apartment in front of the sea.
You can also ask for a long term stay , the price is considerable lower.
Guest access
The guests will have their own entrance to their apartment and has access to the entire apartment. The property has three apartments each with its own private access and the common entrance at the gate.
To go to the 2/3 floors take the step on the left of the building.
Other things to note
Please note that while this apartment is in front of the sea, the sea in Belize City is not adequate for swimming. You may fish from the gazebo in the park in front of the Apartment.
In this country like any other country we have power outage, we have dogs that backs, we have birds singing all day, we have roster that sing . Children than plays neighbors that some times play there music.
We have people that sale tamales in bikes and scream tamales so please don't be scared this is part of the Belize Folklore . Please note no parties are allowed and only the guest can come in the apartment please note NO guest of guest are allowed in the building or in the pool.
