Nice small boutique hotel with a lovely pool - the pool has a great view of the river, and a swim up bar. I'm not a big drinker, but had a fantastic selection of juices available every day. The person I was with tried a new mixed drink every day. The restaurant is lovely and generally quiet; we also had a good selection of breakfast buffet each day. And the service was always excellent - if I could give them 20/10 I would. Our suite was fantastic - a real suite with a living room and 2 separate bedrooms. All of them with a great view of the river outside. As a hotel, it is slightly better for people who are driving themselves. We frequently relied on the hotel's internal shuttle service (not free, but generally cheaper than getting a taxi), and it limited our dinner options. I expect that to change shortly - I can see the area being more built up in a year or so.

The rooms were clean and modern. I booked two luxury queen rooms. When I arrived they tried to downgrade one of my rooms. I assume they didn’t have two of the rooms I booked available, so one room was upgraded and was absolutely lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The other downside is the hotel is connected to a casino and one of the rooms was right above the casino who had music playing loudly and it was disturbing. For an upscale hotel you would think that they would have more soundproof walls. Belize is a very humid country so it would have been nice of the hallways were air conditioned. It was very stuffy and uncomfortable while waiting for the one small elevator. The staff were friendly, but not very responsive. The telephone in my room didn’t work so I ordered room service through WhatsApp. The message wasn’t read or responded to for over 30 minutes. I received a response after I came downstairs to place my order. Additionally, staff didn’t really assist my travel companions when they requested to change rooms because of the music coming from the casino.

The rooms were very clean, staff was amazingly friendly and polite each day. Always smiled and maintained professionalism. Made sure we were safe and offered tours that were friendly and safe. I will definitely be back next year April. It was 10/10.

Our stay here was perfect. Will stay there again and again. The staff was beyond amazing and extremely professional. The facility is beautiful and the rooms are great. The beds are really comfortable. We also absolutely loved the Chinese food menu. Ate at the hotel restaurant on several occasions because we loved the taste, and it was very convenient. Definitely recommend.

It's quiet, although it's next to the highway it felt tucked away and secluded. The river is right there which makes if serene, overall the staff was great, very friendly, and service was great. 10/10.

The staff was friendly and the property is very clean. It’s a 5 minutes taxi ride from the international airport. Unfortunately, there is no airport shuttle. My taxi ride was $30 USD from the airport to the hotel which is a scam! That’s the standard cost per the hotel front desk. The hotel is directly next to a highway. My view was a bridge. There’s no beach! If you’re into gambling there is a casino attached to the hotel. I highly recommend that you spend the extra money to fly to San Pedro to enjoy yourself. Thats what I did and it was a great experience!

The hotel is nice and the staff are very friendly. Pool area is beautiful but you can’t enjoy it because the bartender thinks the music has to so loud you can hear it from two blocks out. He refused to turn it down even though we were the only ones out there. So pool was out. Food is not on par for the price I highly recommend eating at a restaurant outside the hotel. Water pressure is poor in the shower and didn’t drain for hours after you shower. Very unusual for a new hotel. The guy at the door opens the door for you when he is not on his phone so most the time you open it yourself. Other than that I would say I would not recommend this hotel.
