Lovely hotel situated in quiet residential neighborhood near downtown. Fabulous, friendly staff. Very welcoming and helpful. Probably the comfiest beds of any hotel ever.

The Palms Belize was a beautiful hotel, and the staff was amazing! Very helpful with questions about the area and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The only thing that was different was that we didn't get fresh toiletries or bottled water on our second day. Not a big deal, just surprised.

The hotel was a boutique property, there were no food options in house, but there were restaurants close by and a supermarket about 6 mins away (walking). The beds were very comfortable, EMTs equipped with Netflix, complimentary coconut bread. Great staff. Drivers on site fr paid and scheduled transportation if needed.

This building and property are gorgeous! We had two large rooms for the four of us with ample kitchens. There is a cute cafe a few blocks away, and a few restaurants within a 20 minute walk. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. It is not in a touristy location, so when you step out the gate, you are in a regular Belize City neighborhood, which we enjoyed!

My family stayed here for 2 nights in July and loved our stay. Right from the start upon booking, reception was in communication with us to inquire about how they could help us with our stay. My kids loved the pool and we all appreciated the comfortable beds, the safety of the gate, and the ease of transportation assistance for getting where we needed to go. It was even more delightful to receive a loaf of coconut bread with a handwritten note when we arrived, a truly considerate detail.

The property is so well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. The location is perfect if you’re in the city. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Julia, Sher, Mike & Barbie just to name a few, are very kind and super helpful. Will definitely visit again. We had and enjoyable and relaxing stay.
