This is a lower unit on hole #2 of the Chief Golf Course. Imagine sitting out on the back porch with the view of golfers, birds, and even deer. Nature = Beauty! Pool pass comes with rental
The Space:
The condo is a lower level, easy to access, right on the golf course. Stocked with everything you need for a weekend getaway or a weeks vacation.
Guest Access:
This is a private condo with large living area, kitchen, dining, 2 full bath rooms and a master suite with full bath. Large slide to outdoor patio area with New Weber BBQ Propane Grill and outdoor sitting.
The Neighborhood:
Do you love nature? private setting for the perfect place to relax. Golf, Ski, Swim, Hike, Rent a boat and go on Lake Bellaire or Torch Lake. Go Kayaking on the beautiful Grass River.
Getting Around:
We are located just a few miles from Downtown Bellaire. Great Shopping and places to eat including the Shorts Brewery. 20 miles to Petoskey and Gaylord.
Other Things to Note:
This condo is directly on the golf course. Comes with a pool pass to access the indoor and outdoor pools. Please bring your own pool towel, they are not included at the pools.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
There is a refundable deposit required of $250 and will be requested through the booking site.
Rental will be stocked with starter rolls of Toilet paper and paper towel. You may want to bring extra if you think you will need more!
