I did not know which room or how to get in the room when we got there. The direct contact through the app was not working. I was not getting a response. After talking with a representative we were forwarded to the owner who gave us a room and code number to a room where another couple was already staying. We contacted the rep again who again forwarded us to the owner who gave us a different room. My husband thought it was an individual cabin with the way it was described.
