The manager I spoke with was very kind, respectful, and professional. Expedia informed me that I could check out before 8:26 p.m., and I have screenshots and other evidence to support this. However, my experience the next morning was completely different. A woman came to my room, knocked loudly on the door, and repeatedly shouted, “Open!” When I opened the door, she immediately said, You have to leave now. The guy is coming to clean the room. I understood that I needed to check out before 2:00 p.m., and I had already spoken with the manager, so I believe there was a misunderstanding. I have stayed at many hotels, and the staff have always been respectful. Unfortunately, this woman was extremely rude and disrespectful. She started touching my belongings and repeatedly told us to Hurry up and You have to leave now, while raising her voice. No guest should ever be treated this way. This hotel is not cheap, and there is no excuse for treating guests so disrespectfully. I even recorded a video of her yelling at us to leave. Because of this experience, I will never stay at this hotel again.

Superb location a few blocks from the shore and easy walk to groceries or restaurants. The host was very responsive - it’s best to communicate on WhatsApp Air conditioning is available at a reasonable price and works very well. Note that the unit is up four flights of stairs.
