First, the property was under construction, front entrance, this is the only entrance. Second, this is home to many businesses, the halls smell, the building is dated and dilapidated. Such a disappointing experience. Thoroughly disgusted with some aspect of this facility.

I booked this hotel last minute and the water slide at the pool was a big reason, but unfortunately was not working. Could not really control the temperature in the room but luckily it was cool outside so we slept with the balcony door open to keep us cool.

Overall, i enjoyed my stay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating where they could be. No heat in the building during the spring, but a space heater was provided on request. I also appreciated that they do not use strong scents to clean the rooms. My only review was the mattress. It was very noisy and too soft, clearly needed replacement. So, for my two nights, i did not sleep the best as i need a firmer sleeping surface. I found this room discounted on Expedia and I would stay here again at that price, but not for the full rate.

An amazing place to stay if you are visiting the sandbanks provincial park. Nice property, very clean and affordable. Will definitely stay here again !
