Upstairs, the ARROYO room offers a full-size bed in a peaceful, light-filled setting. The BAKER suite features a queen bed, ceiling fan, mini split A/C, and an en suite bath with a shower/tub combination. The SHUKSAN primary suite boasts a Cal King bed, vaulted ceilings, an en suite bathroom with a pedestal soaking tub and walk-in shower, ceiling fan, and mini split A/C.

For added convenience, the home includes a printer/scanner, stackable washer/dryer on the main level, tankless water heater, and off-street parking for three vehicles (two in the alley-access driveway and one in front of the home).
