Welcome to your home away from home in Bellvue, a peaceful, country-style farmhouse just 15 minutes from Fort Collins and CSU. Walk to the Cache la Poudre River for a morning stroll, fly fishing, or a picnic. Spend the day hiking or biking Lory State Park or kayaking and swimming at Horsetooth Reservoir, both just minutes away. The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay: cook in the stocked kitchen, stream movies on the smart TV, or relax under the stars on the patio.

Inside, the farmhouse is clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything you need for a stress-free stay:

Perfect home base!

Recently stayed at this property for a weekend getaway with live music at Mishawaka. This place had everything we needed, the beds are very comfortable, and the location was a perfect home base for our plans. Bellvue Cottage was a fantastic find!
