Windows , balcony and terrace creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The bedroom features a big window to enjoy the first sunlight and natural surroundings and a nice walk in closet.
Bathroom with its beautiful walk-in shower and window feels like being outside.
Livingroom has 2 cozy and comfortable sofas and a 55” flat screen Smart TV .
2 screened in outside spacious which one has a big Desk with ergonomic Chair, the other spacious terrace
simply to enjoy your morning coffee or glass of Wine and relax.
The back door connects you to the Laundry space where you will find the washing machine and a spacious
covered hanging space.
