I absolutely love this location! It’s one of the newest Ibis Budget hotels in BH, and it’s super modern and beautiful. It’s basic, just like it should be, but the staff is great.

Não compensa a acomodação ! O quarto é muito apertado, não cabe duas pessoas direito, quanto mais 3, o chuveiro vc tem a entrar e frente e sair de costas de tão apertado, o vaso é local separado ! O hotel diz ter estacionamento mas quando chega lá eles cobram 45,00 pela diária, o café da manhã é muito limitado e tem o básico apenas , se vc pensa que será econômico pode reservar outro hotel pq esse não compensa

As paredes onde está a privada não estava totalmente limpas, não é de material impermeável e deixou a desejar quanto à limpeza. O quarto é muito pequeno para 3 pessoas. Pode ser razoável para 2 adultos e 1 criança, mesmo assim a circulação entre a cama e a parede frontal é ridícula. Certamente não vou retornar. Os funcionários são atenciosos, informei uma falha no elevador e no outro dia estava arrumado.

O cafe da manhã a cada vez está piorando...hoje antes de pegar estrada de BH para Uberlândia fui ao café as 6 da manhã, nao estava pronto...quando liberou e fui me servir os ovos machados estavam BABANDO de Clara crua...nojento...mesmo assim com educação e e bem baixinho chamei uma ajudante da cozinha e solicitei ela que avisasse a cozinha para verificar...logo em seguida uma senhora acredito responsável pela cozinha ficou esbravejando em alto tom de voz..." quem reclamou, isso é ovo mechido, não sabem o que é"...falou em tom intimidatorio para todos hóspedes ouvirem. Vi que nao tinha diálogo e me retirei se dar uma palavra...para os R$ 40,00 reais cobrados por pessoa no caso R$ 80,p0 pois era eu e minha esposa...ficou muito a desejar...qualquer padaria gourmet na redondeza gastava menos e comia melhor...estou horrorizado. Se você presta um serviço seja ele qual for, faça-o com dignidade e dedicação, se nao for possivel ceda a vaga para outro trabalhador pois tenho certeza que muitos precisam trabalhar e certamente com mais vontade. Fica meu registro.
