O quarto era ótimo, mas tiveram dois dias que as camareiras não foram trocar as toalhas e nem a roupa de cama mesmo a gente deixando o aviso do lado de fora da porta. Adoramos a piscina e o spa, mas infelizmente no segundo dia da nossa estadia a banheira do spa quebrou. Uma pena pois nos dias chuvosos estávamos programando de aproveitá-lo. Mas fora isso tudo muito bom, quartos com tamanho ótimo, cama confortável e café da manhã incrível.

O apto é excelente. Cama confortavel. Mas o serviço de limpeza foi precario. Dos 4 dias que fiquei hospedado, foi feito a limpeza apenas em 1 dia. O café da manha, embora aparentemente variado, falhou em varios momentos na reposição de frutas, muitos dos paes e biscoitos oferecidos eram claramente velhos e ja estavam duros. Pela categoria do hotel, fiquei decepcionado. Na área das piscinas não existem guarda sois nas mesas. Ninguem aguenta ficar exposto ao sol durante muito tempo. Seria isso proposital para que o hospede não se demore la?

Fiz reserva em um apartamento a qual tinha foto de fogão,frigobar nos 2 quartos e lava e seca ao chegar lá não tinha nada desses itens no primeiro apartamento. Só no dia seguinte mudamos de apartamento para um a qual tinha fogão, lava e seca e os demais itens acima não tinham mesmo sendo a mesma categoria reservada. Ah, nem lixeira no banheiro do primeiro apartamento. Detalhe, não fomos os únicos a terem esse problema. Café da manhã no segundo dia não tinha pratos disponíveis porque só tinha 2 funcionários se desdobrando para atender a grande demanda, eles foram simpáticos, faltou uma boa logística para não deixar os 2 funcionários sobrecarregados e os hóspedes desassistidos. O ar condicionado do quarto estava dando erro e não ligava, falou jogo de cama e endredons o Recepcionista Vitor levou pois não tinha camareiras disponíveis, por volta das 20 HS. No mais o Hotel e os funcionários e gerente Renato são ótimos, só teve esses contratempo. De tudo que ocorreu eu voltarei sim e recomendo, porque acredito que vão melhorar pois é um Hotel novo.
