Staff were very courteous and helpful. The Breakfast was great with a good selection of local and International food options. Highly recommend the 'Ros Omlette'. The only negative is that the bathrooms and rooms have begun to show their age. Grouting in the bathroom needs to be fixed

If you want to visit Goa you must stay at the Marriott in Benaulim-everything about our stay was perfect. Despite arriving at 9am for a 3pm check-in the staff were able to check all of us in early. From that moment on the staff did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They organised a special birthday surprise for my mum, which was so lovely! I have stayed in many hotels across the world, however I have never experienced hospitality to this expectional level. The hotel has a lovely pool and a great restaurant. We particularly enjoyed breakfast and the many options. Having the beach so close by was wonderful and the free beach buggy was an added bonus. We travelled with my Dad, who is in his 80s, he said this would be his last trip to Goa. However due to the fantastic stay we had he said he cannot wait to go back- I think this says it all. Thank you to everyone who made our stay really so memorable.

This was our fifth stay here — and we loved every bit of it! Even though the staff has completely changed since our last visit, the warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism remain top-notch. The rooms are spotless, the housekeeping is excellent, and the buggy service to the beach makes everything effortless. The food is absolutely delicious — they even tailor it to your preferences, which is a lovely touch. Cabs are easy to arrange, the surroundings are peaceful, and the entire stay feels seamless from start to finish. We keep coming back for a reason — this place never disappoints! 🌺

We had a great stay. The property was close the beach and had shops near by. Low cleanliness rating only given as there was a room service tray in the hall near our room for two days. It only disappeared when we requested someone removed it (housekeeping didn't take it away). Restaurant staff were great and check in and out were fast. If we come back to India we would definitely stay again.

Our stay in the Fairfield was exceptional. From the beautiful foyer to the adequately sized and comfortable room, the hotel was very well appointed and provided all requirements. However the outstanding feature was the superb service offered by the staff. There was a high staff/guest ratio. All were smiling, friendly and extremely attentive, most even anticipating our wishes and choices after one asking! Thoroughly recommended.
