Enjoy a trip with family or friends to this recently spacious and renovated home in Sunriver! Amenities include a gas fireplace, a hot tub, and central AC. There are six bikes in the garage (4 adult, 2 for kids).

The location is an easy 10-minute walk to the aquatic center, with an indoor pool, outdoor pool, laze river, water slide, etc., and it comes with SHARC passes for 14! (Children under 4 are free.)

The home is three stories, with the entry on the middle floor. Along with the kitchen, dining area, and living room, there are two bedrooms - both with king beds and ensuite bathrooms - on this floor. The top floor has two small bedrooms - one with a queen bed, and one with bunk beds - and a shared bathroom. There's also a loft with a futon over the great room.

The lower level (daylight basement) has another large bedroom with a K bed and an attached/shared bath. There's also a bunk room on the lower level with a twin over full bed, and a family room with a sleeper sofa and TV.

Note that there are train tracks across the street, but trains are infrequent and are not an issue for most guests.

4 Mink Lane was a great house to stay at with our large family of 15, plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Check in was very smooth, the host supplied us with a number to contact if needed (didn't need to). The kitchen was very well equipped, and the 2nd refrigerator was a wonderful bonus. The only downfall is its parking is limited to 3 vehicles, but that would not keep us from staying there again. It is a short walk to the SHARC center, and within walking distance to the village. The ice skating was a fun activity for the family as well as skiing at Mt Batchlor just a short drive away.
