Spacious 4BR/3BA home in quiet NE Bend — sleeps 8, no chore checkout, host 3 miles away. Two private king suites, fully fenced backyard with two propane fire pits, and 10 Barrel Brewing a 5-minute walk away.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY SETUP
Pack `n Play, high chair, kid-friendly dishes and plates, outlet covers, fireplace guard, window guards, and board games.

MAIN LEVEL
Fully stocked kitchen with butcher block countertops, subway tile backsplash, stainless appliances, and a dedicated coffee station (Keurig + drip with K-cups, cream, and sugar included). Kitchen island with bar seating. Long farmhouse dining table with bench seating. Living room with two couches, pellet stove, large-screen Smart TV, and Central Oregon landscape artwork. Sliding glass door to the back deck. Two-car garage.

UPPER LEVEL — PRIMARY KING SUITE
King bed, walk-in closet, private en suite bathroom, mini-split, and 40` Smart TV.

UPPER LEVEL — TWO QUEEN BEDROOMS
Two bedrooms with queen beds, mini-splits, and ceiling fans. Shared full bathroom.

LOWER LEVEL — KING STUDIO SUITE
Private king suite with kitchenette (mini fridge, drip coffee, open shelving), private full bathroom with barn door entry, 40` Smart TV, and sliding glass door to the deck. Washer and dryer on this level.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Fully fenced backyard with wood deck, wicker lounge furniture, 4-burner gas BBQ, and a propane fire pit table. Separate propane fire pit on the lawn with Adirondack chairs. Cornhole, hopscotch, and string lights. Front yard bistro table set into natural basalt rock.

EV CHARGING + PARKING
Two-car concrete driveway plus street parking. Garage equipped with NEMA-14 outlet for EV drivers.

Walk to: 10 Barrel Brewing (5 min), Ballers & Brews (4 min), Canal Row Park (3 min), East Canal Trail (3 min), Pine Nursery Park (15 min).
Bike to: Bridge 99, Oblivion Brewing, Craft Kitchen and Brews, On Tap, Midtown Yacht Club, River`s Place.
Drive: 5-10 min to Downtown Bend, 20 min to Redmond Airport, 30 min to Mt. Bachelor, Fall River, and Crooked River.

Spotlessly clean homes, no chore checkouts, fast local support. Backed by 20 years of construction experience. Your host lives 3 miles away and is always nearby.
No parties or large gatherings. Please respect this family neighborhood and follow City of Bend noise ordinances — no loud noise after 9:00 PM or before 7:00 AM.

Rock Outcropping: The natural basalt outcropping in the front yard is a cool feature but the rock can be unstable. Please stay on the designated flagstone paths and avoid climbing. Not recommended for children under 6.

Seasonal Awareness: Central Oregon winters can bring snowy road conditions and summers occasionally bring wildfire smoke. We apply our cancellation policy consistently for weather conditions. Mandatory evacuations (extremely rare) qualify for a full refund. Full policy details are available at booking.

A top stay in central Oregon

Our family of 8 stayed here dueing the winter and found it to be exactly as advertised. Comfortable and well located, the lower suite was great for our parents while we and our kids took the upstairs. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking as well!

Family Time

Absolutely wonderful kid friendly home. Great hosts! They were so easy to communicate with and even allowed a late check out on our last day. Super clean, adorable, great location. There were games, kids toys, two pack-n-plays, and a high chair. The only thing extra that could have helped with toddlers was to have had a couple of folding stools for the kids to use while washing their hands. Other than that it was perfect! We loved it and definitely look forward to staying there again. Thank you so much!!

Would love to live here!

This house is perfect. My husband and I took our 4 adult children to Bend for the week and this home could not have been better. It is clean, has plenty of room for everyone, and the kitchen has everything we needed. The neighborhood is safe for morning and evening walks. We spent more time outside each evening, after returning from busy days hiking and exploring the area, because of the great seating areas and grill and propane fire pit. It is an awesome home.

A Must for Families

We had an incredible stay at this house. It was not only comfortable but it was perfect for our daughter. They had done a lot of baby proofing (ex. Outlet covers) and it had a great living area and outside to play! They provide a pack n play, an activity cube, hopscotch squares outside. We were able to relax at home but also be central to things in Bend. They provide some complimentary snacks and coffee to help enhance your stay and you could tell they work to make it a home away from home. Definitely would return to this house in our next adventure to Bend.

House was perfect for us!

This house is so cute and perfect for a low key weekend! Karl and Ashley were accommodating with special requests and answered any needs we had right away. We had some friends come over for a bbq and ended up hanging out in the backyard with a fire for hours while the kids played corn hole. Just the perfect weekend! Thank you Karl and Ashley!

Great Setup, Good Location

We came to Bend for a quick weekend with another family of four and found this property to be perfect for our purposes. We have never been to the area, but the location worked well for quick trips into town for eating and shopping or even up to Mount Bachelor to ski. The property was very clean and comfortable, and had a good layout for us to all have space to enjoy ourselves and room together as a group.

Quiet and clean home

This home was perfect for our get together. There is a large en-suite bedroom up a short flight of stairs along with two other private nice sized bedrooms with a hall bathroom. A short flight down is a wonderful en-suite studio bedroom. The beds are amazingly comfortable! The kitchen is a nice size with everything we needed. The best part is the deck and BBQ! Very nice places to relax. Also a table to eat outside. We loved the wood fire pit for roasting last-of-the-summer marshmallows. The cornhole game was lots of fun! This is a very quiet neighborhood. It was very easy and quick to get anywhere. We loved that Ten Barrel brewery was less than a half mile away. The house was very clean-and we are picky! We never had a need to contact owners but they let us know they were readily available. We would stay here again in an instant.
