Hotel is in a great location and very affordable. No fancy frills, however rooms have kitchens, and the facility has laundry, a communal eating area. Coffee/tea/hot chocolate in lobby and a variety of food & drinks for purchase at reasonable prices. The best is the location, a five minute walk to the old Mill shopping district on the river! So convenient! Staff was super friendly and helpful, no issues whatsoever.

The night guard proceeded to get into an arguing match with someone outside the front of the property around midnight which was very unprofessional and didn’t make us feel safe. One staff member seemed inconvenienced to bring us a cooking pan and I eventually had to go get it myself. Need people who are interested in customer service.

Quiet , comfortable welcoming and convenient

Darla and Josh at the front desk were very friendly. Very attentive with help printing passes and local travel tips. Locals who grew up in Bend . The hotel was extremely clean , one of the tidiest we’ve visited . And that stands out today among other declining properties . Location is convenient walking distance to the River , shops , Hayden Homes , Deschutes Brewery and more
