This is the perfect home for larger groups with 10 SHARC passes for the waterpark, disc golf, pickleball, and tennis courts. This home is on a quiet cul-de-sac with a large community outdoor space where you often can see deer & other wildlife. The house is pet friendly and includes a hot tub, bikes, a canoe, and a foos ball table for guests to enjoy!

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
*Please make sure all 10 SHARC passes are hanging back up on the hooks. If any are missing, there is a $100.00 fee to replace them. Also, the keys to the storage room and the hot tub.
* Place all dirty towels, handcloths, and washcloths in the downstairs bathtub.
*Make sure all the exterior doors and windows are closed and locked. * If the BBQ was used, please wipe it down and clean the grates for the next guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
