If you're looking to visit downtown Bend, let this unit be your home base! Unit 105, a.k.a "It Must Have Bend Love" is a studio space located on the ground floor which has recently been remodeled, and is perfect for the single traveller or couple!



The Space:

Affectionately deemed "It Must Have Bend Love" by us, Unit 105 has recently been fully remodeled; and with lively downtown Bend just minutes away, it's the perfect cozy studio for a single traveller or couple! It includes a full bathroom and fully stocked kitchenette, and is located on the ground floor, so no stairs are required to get to your front door. This unit is a part of Pioneer Park Condos which, as their name would suggest, are directly adjacent to Pioneer Park here in Bend. Reservations made here also include access to our onsite laundry facilities! If you're searching for a great home base in-between all of the sightseeing, look no further!

Getting Around:

This is a studio in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.

The condo was just right for our weekend stay and in a very convenient location from all Bend has to offer. Everything we needed was there when we arrived. There was a small issue with accessing the condo with the keypad code we were provided, but the phone number got us directly to a real person and our issue was resolved. It wasn’t the most fancy place for the price, but the convenience made it worth staying there.

We left the property and did not stay there. It was billed as newly remodeled, and it was definitely not newly remodeled. It had a musty, moldy smell and appeared dirty. There was no pots and pans in the kitchen. We got a refund. We had to find another place to stay at the last minute, which was difficult and more expensive. Very frustrated and irritated that it was built as a newly remodel when it was the bathroom in the kitchen were mildew, moldy, and old.

It was love! We did not want to leave! This apartment is in a perfect location for walking/running around. Very clean and had a nice AC and porch area. Studio is a bit small for two in my opinion, but much better than getting a hotel room.

Poor Value

This place was ok. The location was great and the communication by the agent was excellent. However, it is not a good value. With fees and taxes, our stay was almost $300 per night. For that kind of money, it should be deluxe. The showerhead was pathetic. This could be remedied for $15. The towels were small and thin. There were no wine glasses or dish towels. They could make everything top shelf for less than half a night's tariff. For this kind of money, you should find better value.

Overall it was nice! The bed was comfy! Only thing is the shower head could be updated, it didn’t have great pressure. The photos make it seem a bit more updated than it was, but overall it was good! Thank for you the stay! :)

Comfortable accomodations.

The apartment met my needs for a month long rental. The location is convenient to the downtown. The bed was notably comfortable. The kitchen and utensils are high quality. The only flat note is the free WiFi performance. It became very slow at times, but it is free!
