You have a queen Murphy bed that folds up into the wall during the day to give you more wiggle room. Bring your swimsuit to jump into the river (brr!) or for a dip in the heated pool or hot tub. You have a full kitchen to prepare your own meals. WiFi and a Roku are included, allowing you to wind down with whatever show suits your fancy.



The Space:

Are you looking for a romantic getaway? Get cozy in this studio condominium that overlooks the gorgeous Deschutes River in downtown Bend! Perched on the river's edge and adjacent to Pioneer Park, you'll get the best of both worlds within moments of stepping outside. Perfect for two, Spruce Almighty has a Murphy bed and full kitchen, Roku, WiFi, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. Feel free to enjoy your morning cup of joe on the patio, listening to the rushing water from the spillway and taking in some of Central Oregon's natural beauty. 



Amenities included with booking Spruce Almighty are an on-site laundry room, complimentary WiFi, and access to the heated indoor pool and hot tub! So no matter the season, bring those suits just in case!We're located at the edge of downtown, so there are incredible restaurants within a ten minute walk from the property, along with plenty of boutiques to peruse. Feel free to stop by the on-site office, where our office clerks are more than happy to give you recommendations and assistance in finding what you're in the mood for. 



Within 15 minutes, you can drive (or bike, up to you!) to Phil's Trail, where bikers of all skill levels from around the world come to play. Mt. Bachelor and the Cascade Lakes are less than a half hour door-to-lift, and fun to explore all year round. None of these sound like your sport? Maybe you're interested in climbing at Smith Rock, or rafting along the Deschutes. Again, easy access to both due to our central location!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is not pet-friendly. No animals or pets of any kind will be brought into non-pet rooms. Violations are subject to $250 fines, to be charged to Tenant's credit card.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Bend Riverside Rentals manages more than 40 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
