Jacinto is a peaceful, dog-friendly retreat minutes from Sunriver, offering the space, comfort, and outdoor setup that make Central Oregon getaways easy. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, room for up to 10 guests, and a huge fenced yard, this home is a strong fit for family vacations, group getaways, couples traveling together, and outdoor enthusiasts looking for a comfortable home base near all that the area has to offer.

Set in Three Rivers just a short drive from Sunriver, Jacinto gives guests the best of both worlds: easy access to the Village, trails, and recreation, paired with a quieter setting to come home to at the end of the day. The Village at Sunriver is about a 7-minute drive away, making dining, shopping, and activities convenient without sacrificing space or privacy.

Inside, the home offers a welcoming layout with room to spread out after a day exploring Central Oregon. The bedroom setup includes:

1 king bedroom with ensuite bath
2 queen bedrooms
1 bedroom with a full-over-full bunk and twin trundle

This flexible layout works well for a wide range of stays, from family trips to friend getaways to couples sharing a home for a long weekend or reunion-style stay.

One of Jacinto’s biggest highlights is the outdoor space. The huge fenced backyard makes this home an especially strong option for guests traveling with dogs, while also creating room for everyone to gather and relax. With seating for up to 12 guests in the backyard, plus a firepit and multiple outdoor seating areas, the home is designed for meals outside, evening conversation, and slow mornings in the fresh Central Oregon air.

Inside the home, guests will also enjoy ping pong, a fireplace, and a comfortable dining setup with seating for 8 at the table and 2 more at the kitchen counter. The home includes air conditioning in the living room, with fans in the bedrooms for added comfort.

This pet-friendly home is ideal for guests traveling with dogs. Up to 2 dogs are welcome with fee. No other pets are allowed.

Whether your plans include trail time, river days, mountain adventures, or simply relaxing with the people you came to spend time with, Jacinto offers the kind of peaceful setting and practical comfort that make lasting memories easy.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Perfect Location

Perfect home for our large family. Enjoyed the outdoor area the most, plenty of space and privacy. Plenty of parking. Close proximity to Sunriver, easy 5min drive. Kitchen fully equipped! Loved the Keurig, and air fryer options, was not missing anything needed.

Christmas in Sunriver

We all thoroughly enjoyed this house and the property especially being completely fenced was a huge bonus. The furnishings and wall art were fun and related to Central Oregon which we loved. We hope to stay here again for our annual Christmas in Sunriver trip.

Sunriver family vacation

The house was too small for us, We needed to have at least one more bedroom, and the description of the house didn't mention that it wasn't in the Sunriver development which is what we were looking for. But the kitchen was well equipped and the backyard was nice for our dogs. It would have been nice to have a table and chairs on the back patio.

Great House, fantastic yard NOT on Sunriver property

We had a mixed group of family and friends to celebrate my adult daughters birthday. The house has a great layout, the furniture is comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with the pots and pans in excellent condition.

The house is really clean, nicely remodeled recently and spacious. The backyard is really large and great for hanging out or entertaining. The beds were a bit too firm for some of us. Overall, a really nice stay.

New years get away

Very nice house!! We loved the kitchen and dining room, eating meals, playing games and doing puzzles. The backyard is huge, we’ll have to come back in the summer to enjoy it!! The wood stove was a great bonus. Quiet neighborhood, close to town.

Excellent Home

We had a wonderful ski holiday and thoroughly enjoyed the property with our family. It was a wonderful location that was easy to get to Mt. Bachelor and the amenities were top notch. The beds were a little firm, which half of my family enjoyed and the other half did not, but everything else was great. We especially enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and the large backyard. I will definitely try to stay here again.

Better than the pictures

The home was great, with a huge living room and kitchen that the pictures didn't do justice to. It had a nice sized dining room table that was great for game night and a huge back yard that the dog loved. The fire pit was great for smores. The only criticism our group had was that the beds were extremely firm. A couple of us have back issues and even those of us who didn't had stiff backs by the end of our stay. Debated taking off a star for this but honestly it was a great place.
