Their breakfast is great. And a little bird had a tiny nest in the hotel patio, which I found very soothing. The staff was very friendly and professional. The dryer in the laundry needs some upgrading imho, but overall it was a good place to stay.

Very disappointed with this facility. Room was extrely cramped, unclean and the surroundings of the building are poor. The food was horrible, service was extrely slow. The elevator is so small that only one person and two suitcases would fit into it. Staff were nice. Overall, it was not a very pleasant experience. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Decent stat closer to exhibition venue

Its that time of the year when many from all over India head to BIEC exhibition centre and hotels are difficult to find. .This hotel though available was much expensive considering HI Express offering with small efficient rooms and small working cafe rather than a proper restaurant. And it served its purpose well.

Food was poor. Despite informing every next meal, no improvement. Booked for an SUV to the airport, end up getting sedan. Was late for the flight, had to voice out much to get refund in cash. Too tiny rooms. Just one thing good was, closest to my work and a chain of holiday inn hence safety concerned wasn’t there.
