Room was too cold when I arrived, after two demands somebody came and switched the air condition from extremly cold down. After some hours the room had normal temperatur. The room itself was nice.

Staff were exceptionally courteous and were very nice, especially the manager (Sassi?) Room was clean and quiet. Coming from Canada, and sorry, but we are not used to spicy food. Maybe make a few options to suit North American tastes - grilled cheese sandwiches, pizza?

Like - very clean rooms, staff and service very prompt and friendly, bathrooms well stocked Breakfast buffet excellent, lots of variety Did not like- difficult to find entrance to hotel, area around the hotel and road in front of hotel under construction. - On site restaurant dinner service starts at 7 pm but is very slow. Food was great but took a while! - Room service menu is limited. No menu provided in the rooms for room service and when one was provided upon request, only few items were available. Staff seemed unsure about what is and is not available when I called.
