A 100m long, beautifully planted driveway with views to the sea and the coast lines the way to the covered carport and the house. Through a large courtyard with an old fountain you reach the antique entrance door of the house.

Upon entering, one is greeted by a spacious entrance area overlooking the expansive terrace, the open living room with fireplace, and the fully and modernly equipped kitchen with food centre and bar counter. The dining table can be extended twice and thus ideally adapted to the number of guests.



Casa Federico can accommodate a total of 8 people.



On the ground floor there are three air-conditioned bedrooms for 6 people and two bathrooms, one of which is an en suite bathroom belonging to the rearmost, closed-off suite.



On the upper floor, which is reached by an internal staircase, is the second air-conditioned suite with en suite bathroom and private terrace for a further 2 people.

From the upper bathroom with double washbasin and shower toilet you also have a wonderful view of the sea - a shower experience of a special kind.



All bathrooms are equipped with a rain shower, a WC as well as floor heating that can be switched on individually.

From two bedrooms downstairs as well as from the living area you have access to the huge terrace with magnificent sea view, large pool as well as outdoor shower and pool toilet. Also on the terrace is a covered dining area and an outdoor kitchen with integrated barbecue, refrigerator and sink. A separate lounge area invites you to spend a cosy evening.

The house has 3 satellite TVs, Netflix etc. as well as ultra-fast fibre-optic internet with free Wi-Fi. In the colder months, the house can also be heated centrally (for an extra charge).

In the courtyard there is a separate laundry room with washing machine, an open fireplace and a mobile barbecue.

All windows and patio doors have mosquito nets.



Around the property

Through a garden gate you can reach the coastal path, the sea and the beach of Cala Advocat in a few steps.  The coastal path, which is beautifully designed, stretches to the right for a few kilometres to Calpe. 

There are two excellent restaurants within walking distance, one of them directly on the beach. Numerous others are within easy reach by car.

Five minutes away by car in the direction of Moraira is a large, high-quality grocery shop.  Further shopping facilities of all kinds can be found in Calpe, Moraira, Benissa and Teulada. Huge shopping centres are located 30 minutes by car to the south in Benidorm or to the north in Ondara.

The Costa Blanca offers an incredible number of excursion and sports possibilities. The area is particularly popular with sun-seekers, cyclists and hikers. There are also several golf courses in the immediate vicinity.
