Villa Mama-4 is a modern villa located in the quiet urbanization of Montemar, on the coast of Benissa. Enjoy wide views of the typical landscape and urbanization of the Mediterranean coast. Villa Mama-4 is located a five-minute drive from shops, bars, restaurants and the famous coves of Baladrar and del Abogat, located on the Benissa coast, halfway between Calpe and Moraira. This villa is divided into two independent houses. Mama-4 is on the upper floor, while the ground floor will remain empty and closed during your stay. Stairs lead down from the car park to the large private pool terrace, with hammocks, outdoor furniture, barbecue and a shaded outdoor dining area. Entrance to the first floor from the parking, via stairs, to a large living room with SAT + TV and dining room with a fully equipped open modern kitchen.

There are two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning, sharing a shower, toilet and washing machine. External stairs lead to the second-floor apartment, at pool level, with a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom, both with air conditioning and a bathroom. We also find a small kitchen and living/dining room with a TV. The villa is surrounded by small garden terraces with palm trees, typical of the Mediterranean area.
